At Oaklands-Grange we have a range of options for our customers when choosing their Park Home. Once you have decided the Parks and all they have to offer are to your liking you can then choose from a wide range of homes in size, layout and price. Occasionally we are able to offer a new home which comes with a 12 year warranty.
We decide on the layout and size to suit the plot and the home is sited and prepared for sale before coming onto the market.
The majority of homes for sale have been bought and completely refurbished by Oaklands-Grange prior to being presented to you the customer. This enables us to offer you a home in excellent condition at very competitive prices.
The third option is we act as the estate agent for the residents who wish to stay in their home until it is sold and you can then purchase directly from them.
